By using SALTRAS, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed in advance according to your selected monthly or yearly plan.
  • Payment information must remain accurate and up to date.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

3. License

SALTRAS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software.

You may not:

  • Redistribute any part of the software.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the software.
  • Modify or create derivative works without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, trademarks, software, branding, content, designs, source code, graphics, and intellectual property belong exclusively to SALTRAS.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to users.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • You misuse the platform.
  • Required subscription payments are not received.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

SALTRAS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of SALTRAS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
